Job Description: Cleaning of new build development properties, working to strict health and safety procedures.

Job Requirements: You will be working as part of a team. You will need to be physically fit. You will also need to be able to follow instruction and work on your own initiative when required. Good communication skills will be needed, along with a polite, professional attitude to work and life. Above all, you will be willing to work hard.

Types of training include CSCS preparation, British Institute Of Cleaning Science certification scheme, all aspects of health and safety, numeracy and literacy training and NVQ Level 2 Cleaning qualification.
